Women on Wings is lifting families in rural India out of poverty by creating jobs for women. Together with Dutch experts we guide and coach Indian social enterprises, which mainly employ women, towards sustainable growth. This will create more jobs. A job means food for their families and better education for their children. Women become more confident and proud thanks to their jobs.
