Termination of your Max Impact donation

Remain entitled to your Max Impact tax benefit
You can do this by setting up a monthly automatic transaction to your charity/charities. Please find an overview of all charities and their IBAN numbers here.

Good to know:

  • Your donation does not count as a Payroll Giving donation anymore in this case. Therefore, your donation and donation history will no longer remain on your dashboard on the Payroll Giving platform.

  • The Dutch tax authorities call your donation type a ‘periodic donation’ (periodieke gift in Dutch).

Terminate your donation, your tax benefit no longer applies
With Max Impact Payroll Giving, you entered an agreement for 5 calendar years. This period is not over yet. Due to your termination, you lose the right to your Max Impact tax benefit that you have received so far (over each donated euro). You remain entitled to the amount of your donation above 1% of your gross salary.

In case you fall under the resolutive conditions, you might remain entitled to your Max Impact tax benefit. Please find the resolutive conditions in Article 6 of the Terms & Conditions Employees on thesocialhandshake.com.
