At the end of the workshop:

• Employees will have a better understanding of what philanthropy is and how the world of charities works

• Everyone has a personal giving plan

• Colleagues got to know each other in a new and fun way

• Everyone leaves the workshop space feeling informed and inspired!

Duration: two hours (in consultation)

Setup

1. Introduction round and expectations (form depending on group size)

2. Information and inspiration:

   1. Introduction on ‘What is philanthropy?’ How the world of charity works and what impact you can make

   2. Everyone can be a philanthropist

   3. Quiz: Informs and makes you think

   4. Myths about giving

   5. Inspiring examples and stories

3. Insight: What is important to you? What would you like?

   1. What would you like to see have changed in the world in 10 years from now?

   2. What theme appeals to you the most?

4. Action: How do you choose? -> Activate

   1. How do you become a philanthropist?

   2. Practical tips on philanthropy

* There will be a short break in between.

* Adjustments can of course be made in consultation.
