Rush hour!

So thrilled to see our family featured in NRC's 'Spitsuur' today! And it's definitely rush hour in this phase of our lives!

We often get asked how we manage it all—two entrepreneurs and a family with four kids. Seeing the photo with our children makes me very happy, but of course, it's a lot to handle!

Everyone has their own way of doing things. For us, it works to split the responsibilities as evenly as possible. We alternate night shifts for the twins, and we also have the flexibility of a working evening where we don’t have to check in at home.

We certainly put in many hours, but as entrepreneurs, we also have a lot of flexibility in when we work and can pick up our kids from school almost every day. And let's not forget, we have great help. We are privileged in that regard, and it makes a big difference.

It also helps that both of us have businesses aimed at making a difference.
